Morning Granola and Coffee with sugar
Lunch Protein Shake with almond milk
Snack Ranch Wheat Thins, 1 cup yoplait yogurt light
Dinner fried shrimp platter (ate 6) fries (ate half) 1 slice bread

Ran 1 mile (8:12 pace:
Interval another mile
5 mile bike ride today
and then 20 minutes on elliptical (1.88 miles)

1663 calories consumed

I'm back home but I won't know until tomorrow the damage from Thursday night. I've been Cadfasting all day. I think it will probably turn into a real fast. I think I am skipping dinner too. I need to do something to mitigate the damage from the items below.



Easily the largest plate of fajitas I have ever seen. The single portion is much larger than the Fajitas for Two at Casa Garcia. My hand wandered into the chips more than I wanted it too.

As if that wasn't enough, having a Starbucks in the hotel led to this....


I can't tell you where I found the room to stuff that down my throat but it fit...barely.

Oh well, I deserved a little break at the end of 6 weeks in a 12 week competition. Back on the wagon.

The fast followed by a Cadfast has me almost back to my low last Wednesday. I'm doing another Cadfast from dinner tonight to dinner tomorrow. Hopefully that will put me almost back to 181.8.

It would be great if I could squeeze out a tiny loss this week even after the Thursday night debacle.

Thank God that I have no more King Cake at the house. It was a bad weekend and I could not even look at the scale. Also, my dog got into a whole bag of dark chocolate. About $600.00 later she is still alive.
