Pizza and smegma do go well together. Plus the OTC meds cause fluid retention.

overate yesterday. A great week turned disastrous I seem to lack the discipline I had when I first started losing weight. Anyway, time to get back to it.

323/188.9/175 Re-fattening Peak - 206
Contest Starting Weight {office scale} - 200.2
Current Weight {office scale} - 191.6
Current Competition Loss - 8.6
Day 16 of 90
Yesterday's Calorie Count - 1200

Another flawless day. 15 in a row. I am going out to dinner tomorrow night so temptations will hit me.

Not to mention it is Friday. Just about to head out to get those damn donuts.

The pressure is on in the contest. The leader has dropped 4.6% and I am at 4.3% which puts me 3rd.

could be a Zyrtec bump. Could be a pizza bounce. Probably the combo.

Sorry daddy Myth

I've told my friends that from now on, I need their support, not their added pressure. If things don't change in that regard, I'll go full hermit mode. In their defense, yesterday's overeating was all me, no excuses. I just flat out didn't stop myself.

Perhaps denying all of those office treats has made you stronger than all of us

that and pizza also goes well with the story about the star mormon linebacker that went to a catholic school and his invisible girfriend who was in a tragic car accident and died of cancer

e-donuts are healthier than real donuts.

However e-donuts are like e-friends, you can never be sure if they actually exist.

Down .4 today. Gotta get off my arse and run today. I have been using the cold as an excuse for over a week now.

Update on the elimination diet...doesn't feel too much different so far, as it has only slightly changed from what I was doing before. The one thing I haven't given up for the diet that I was supposed to is coffee (black). But the wife says today is our last cup of coffee for 3 weeks. I may have to sneak some at the office. :sad banana:

Try not to kill each other. Two people quitting coffee at the same time is a great recipe for divorce.

When I quit 2 years ago for lent, I was one grumpy SOB for the first ten days to two weeks.

It has been a good week so far. Nothing bad planned for today, but Saturday afternoon I have a carb loading meal planned in preparation for the half marathon on Sunday. I think the two events will balance themselves out.
Goal finish time 1:50:00
Goal pace 8:30
Ready for Sunday
