Weagle going the wrong direction happens so you need to really keep an eye on your diet. Keep your workouts steady and keep plugging away.

Yeah I think my weight on Sunday was a bit false is the thing. I was on my feet and moving all day Saturday and hadn't eaten hardly anything so the big loss made sense. I did good yesterday and should be back to normal eating wise now.
Ah, and exercise. I decided this was going to be my beast mode week and day one was a success. I jogged\walked three miles yesterday and my foot didn't really bother me any. Then I lifted weights afterwards. Today I'm probably going to ride the bicycle in addition to having a grass job to do after the day job.

doing pretty good so far..been riding the bike and being very atkins-sey so far. i'm afraid at some point i'll blow up and go crazy for ice cream or snowballs so i'm trying to 'buy time' by being as good as possible until i give in

Last Friday, I couldn't do the weekend report because I was at the beach. Stay tuned for a report this Friday. I haven't stepped on the scale since my 4 day beach trip (got back Sunday). I didn't do TOO bad at the beach because I was with a bunch of lame married girls. So the drinking was minimized and we ate fairly healthy. We shall see...
I'll also hopefully have the results of my last CPA exam by Friday. Fingers crossed!!

My workout ystdy was putting some plywood decking in my attic. WTF was I thinking, oh well it was a great workout.I did a fast Mon 2pm to Tues 2pm, and I always have a ton of energy. I have completed many projects while fasting.
