There's a CADfast coming Monday due in part to wife's b-day cake and cane's carb-sodium blitz (just a 3 piece box no sauce )

Finally made it over the 280 hump that i have been hung up on since Thanksgiving, holidays and football season were tough on me. If i can stick to it this weekend at the camp, i will be in high cotton.

At least I'm not the only one that has succumbed to the allure of Cane's recently

I won't be cheating with canes... But I will be doing some serious cheating, albeit planned cheating. I've been good for 3 whole weeks!

I'm going home this weekend which will include dinner with friends, commanders palace on Saturday night, and kiddie birthday party on Sunday, which means cake! Boy, do I love cake :)

I'll be a lost cause this weekend... But the rest of you BE GOOD!

I've been grumpy all week!
I've run into a non-plateau.

Last Sunday I was 167.6 and I've been heavier all week without any cheats.

Since I started my job in December, I haven't done a single bit of exercise so in a few minutes I am going to run over to my parents house and check out my old exercycle and see if it is still operational.

If I stick that in my living room next to the TV, I have no excuse not to hop on for 30 minutes a day. In theory......

if you "run" over to your parents house, you won't need the bike.

The bike was a piece of junk with no tension control and nasty so I'll need to do something else for exercise.

Senna tea is your friend. Drink it the night before the office weigh in.

Must be a sodium bounce from the domino's hot wings I had last night.
