yessir, that is so good. Most of their food is really good. I usually order the parmesan-crusted chicken, sub fried chicken for grilled, sub mashed potatoes for a salad. That way I get the parmesan sauce on top of the grilled chicken and i get a salad and broccoli.

It's a restaurant first, their hosue beers are pretty shitty imo. Only low carb beer I know of is Mich Ultra
I don't go there to drink though, it's all way too expensive. Food's great.

I didn't go home last night so no scale, weigh-in tomorrow. I stayed cheat-free at BJ's but idk if there are hidden carbs.

Terrible morning on the scales for me as well. Started off with office christmas party at Ruffinos tuesday night amd hasnt been much better the rest of the week.

I guess I really cant complain but still feel kinda stuck around this 198 number. i will just keep up the workouts until after the first and try to be good this holiday season.

A great way to bust a plateau on Atkins is to carb cycle; just eat some strawberries and an apple (not to excess, just 4-5 strawberries and later in the day an apple). I've read something about the glycogen stores in your muscles depleting and causing a stall somehow. It works like a charm for me.

Thats a good tip, I had forgot about that and last time I did Atkins I remember doing this.I think I've been pretty good on the carbs for the last 2 weeks so that makes sense. I've also been working out pretty hard

My weight fluctuations are insane.
After the feeding frenzy at my office Christmas party, I gained almost 5 freaking pounds.
The food was pretty salty. I don't mind lots of salt even though I have been restricting salt for over a year now. I still like salty food but damn this was some salty dressing.
Sooo, I am sure plenty of the weight was water gain... that is the good news...
The bad news is I ate leftovers at work today.
Even those in hiding.

I'm not even going to post my weight. I must be in some horrific form of Dante's Inferno because there is simply no way I could have gained that much weight in 2 days and I still have to get through tonight and tomorrow.

Last Thursday morning I was sitting at 167.2.

Friday - 171.6
Saturday - 175.6
Sunday - 176.4

WTF!
