Here comes my best CT impersonation again....

Ha!

Ouch! The shot to the eye sucks. Maybe if you give your legs a break, you won't need to fill that belly with so much food.

hey i've set a mini goal ..and with weather in the 20s i wont be out as much either.

my winter 'rule of thumb' is that i match the miles to the temp..so 30 degrees..30 miles....20 degrees..20 miles..etc

I had chili last night
with beans and corn.

I'm at my grandparents and we're burying my dog, I was just all upset and hadn't eaten and she cooked chili and I didn't even care.. IDK if it knocked me out of ketosis or not, I had maybe 2 cups worth of chili, and I didn't have any carbs yesterday outside of that. I hope it didn't. But if it did, so be it..

Hit a low of 123 a week before thanksgiving. After thanksgiving weight was 129. But most of that was water weight.

As for the rest of December... My goal is to maintain at 125. I'll be going home to family and friends every weekend in December for various occasions. I'll be going through cycles of gaining 5lbs of water weight over the weekend and loosing it during the week.

I'm still here. Trying to get down to 200 by Christmas. I think I'm still hovering somewhere just below 205.

Yes, everyone was very happy around Hattiesburg on Saturday after they won the conference championship.

Everyone around Hattiesburg was very unhappy when it was announced their reward would be to play Nevada in the Hawaii Bowl.

Got him about 9 months ago, yeah. He had a mild case of heartworms, was old, and had a really bad heart murmur. He was being treated for heartworms.. the vet thinks that some of the heartworms likely broke off and his bad heart murmur caused them to get lodged and caused a heart attack.

Thanks guys.

Understatement of the year? Sometimes I am amazed at my own emotional resiliency though.. not being conceited, but after I cried like a little baby for an hour or so when he died, I've been pretty much okay since. I said my peace after burying him, shed a tear, but I'm okay. I'm actually relieved.. he'd been sick with those heartworms and was anemic and was suffering. He wouldn't eat, I'd spend 15-20 minutes trying to get him to eat, and wind up forcing food down his gullet. So I was stressed, worried, and depressed. Now he's not suffering anymore, so I have nothing to stress and worry over. And I handle loss well.

I appreciate the sympathy; the OT has the whole story, where I was worried because he was sick and was unsure of how I was going to pay for the vet and thought I was going to give him up for adoption, now they accuse me of killing my dog, and actually mess with me about it. The OT is the only place I can think of that would mess with someone about their dog dying the day of the death. I didn't even put his death on the OT, someone I have on FB did after I posted up on FB >_<

The OT is an ugly place. I try to avoid it as much as possible.

It is bad for the blood pressure. Almost as bad as the Poli Board.

I'm going to have a bit of change.... after a zillion years, I finally have a job again.

I'm not sure when I am going to be able to get any exercise other than weekends.

I'm also dreading "Lunch."

I'm going to have to be flexible and adapt to the new surroundings.
