I didn't eat anything at all yesterday until like 9 PM, and then i just had a hamburger patty... This whole starving thing works. (jokes.. I was miserable from not eating, def didn't do it on purpose)

Way to go! Now, don't lose control today because of hunger. Eat an egg for breakfast!

wow those numbers are steadily improving

225/202/185

First weigh-in in 9 days and after all the T-giving eating and drinking and 5 days of missed workouts(some of which was because of a cold), I am happy to have lost 1 pound. Trying to make a strong push this month and be down to 195 by Jan 1

Oh I did. I scarfed down 2 eggs and 2 strips of bacon I realized I also hadn't eaten the night before because I went to BJs with some friends and had no money. So yeah I went well over 24 hours without food.

Back to 165 or I should say 165.4.

The Thanksgiving 10 are now gone.

323/165.1/155(165)

I had my first solid zero cheat weekend for the first time in what seems like forever.

I'm now about 1.5 pounds from my low.

I think I last weighed this amount 100 years ago when I was in 8th grade. Next stop 155, then I can get back to eating carbs again and I hopefully stabilize at 165 and then I will be done and full maintenance.

I was just about to enter this as well. Zero cheats this weekend, think I may do this til X-mas. I feel as if I'm on a roll with the weight loss and workouts are feeling great.

Where is everyone?

Seems we lost some of the group in the last few weeks of the football season and with T-Giving.

Come back to the light......

I had a big water gain from going work out with my roommate yesterday. We found my max for just about every muscle group; I'm sore from head to toe
