I'm going to behave as much as I can. I'm going to Plucker's with a friend and she likes to get crazy, so I'm hoping I can contain the crazy

its ok..i rode 70 miles yesterday before the game because (a) i was on pins and needles and needed somewhere to redirect my energy and (b) because i wanted to enjoy the game.

had to put up with a very obnoxious BAMA chick (pics on the way!) and i had like 20 wings, a steak and more beers than i care to recall...

Go Cad, Go Cad, Go Cad!

323/166.2/165

I ate a little too much Saturday night but I had a great eating day Sunday.

I'm now about 3 pounds from my low.

I'm in a new competition with some friends on another site. They have been stalled a bit so we started a competition to see who could lose the biggest % by T-Giving.

The comp has been running a few weeks. I started at 167.7 then dropped to 163.5 at which time I moved back to a carb diet and shot up to 173.

Now, I am back below the start point. I want to go into full hermit mode until T-Giving, but I already have one lunch this week that I can't avoid.

I may have a tough time smoking the competition like I smoked you Cad.

70 lbs

I don't know why I'm losing so quickly right now but I am enjoying this and at this rate I will shatter my current goal of 100 pounds in a year.

Great job Hulk. I think we can safely say that 300 is in your rear view mirrow. You are inspiration to everyone on this thread that if you stick with a program, results will come. It may take longer than you want and you might plateau for a while, but stick with it and the weight will come off.

Thanks Kaplan. I want anyone in doubt or struggling to remember that weight loss is a journey, not a race. It took me a little while to realize that, but once I got to my 2nd plateau it was all too clear; just push on through.

Gratz Hulk!

The only part of a weight loss goal should be the weight, not the date.

Heck my original goal when I started on March 16, 2010 was to lose 100 pounds by the end of the year. I knew that goal was crazy and I had no intention of hitting it.

I hit it on Dec 24th. At which point my goal changed to getting under 200. Then to 185 (smoked Cad). Then to 175 (Wasn't even close Cad). Then 165 ( Crushed my Step Dad).

After a while the time frame becomes meaningless and it is just about getting where you want to get.

Along with my original goal of 220. I told myself I would work on it for a year and then quit no matter what on March 16, 2011. Well here I am 11/7/2011 still working on it.

I've gotten so used to the diet lifestyle time is no longer part of the equation. I just want to be able to eat a balanced diet and maintain around 165.

Carbs are mean to me so I need to drop a little lower than planned so that I balance out around 165.
