Really bad weekend for me. Usually I keep it to just one cheat, but I had an unplanned cheat Friday and a planned cheat Sunday.

I'm in competition mode.
I've got a bet with someone to see who will lose the largest % by T-Giving.
One problem, I'm currently 6 pounds heavier than when we made the bet.
I shall rebound! Cad knows what happens when you find a stranger in the alps. (little Lebowski humor there)

I would be surprised if I don't wake up with a substantial gain. Here was my menu Saturday and Sunday:
No breakfast
Chicken breast w/salad for lunch
After work, slim jim and sugar free rockstar
Juan's Flying Burrito for dinner.. delicious and free. Yay for birthdays :D

3 shots of jager
Get home (well, where I stayed the night at), eat a brownie (someone baked me a whole sheet of brownes :|)
Wake up Sunday, eat a brownie
Spaghetti for lunch
My roommate's homemade pizza for dinner.
If I don't gain, it's a miracle

I'm surprised I didn't gain more today myself.
I ate a TON of chips and dip, pizza and choco chip cookies. I really went to town on that damn spinach dip my sister makes.
I added it up. Sodium was...oh...about 9k mgs.
I have a feeling every single drop of liquid I am drinking today is going to stick to me.
But....
I am recharged and I will take the crown once again in my competition. 3 weeks of Atkins and all of you will be screaming at me to STOP.
Which I will, just in time for some T-Giving chow.

Dipped into the Halloween candy last night. Woke up this norning with a headache, I assume an adverse reaction to all the sugar. Anyhow still at an alltime low, pushing forward till Saturdays planned cheat (gumbo, looking forward to this one.)

ok joke is seriously over. i haven't hit 189 once yet. good start to the week (survived a house full of kids and grownups for halloween) and i should have the house to myself this weekend which helps..just a wee worried about AL (both!)
