I guess with my addictive personality I need to be completely involved in something to make it work

I can't do just diet without exercise for some reason

I've been doing the HIIT type cardio along with weights so it looks like I'm at least doing the right type of stuff that will promote fat loss.

I'll just have to remind myself that most of it is still diet so if I get burnt on the exercise portion to just stay at it with the healthier eating.

Yup.

Retards on the OT try to argue with me on this, but losing weight is, imo, 80% diet, 20% exercise. You can increase exercise all you want but until you eat better and eat less, you won't see much progress.

God no, please no. We've all seen enough of LE in here, and he's seen enough of us

Actually our good friend Mr. Exercise didn't meet his goal and hasn't been around for months. I wonder if he burned out.

Let's not wish poorly on the guy...

LE and I can't stand each other on the board but I hope he succeeds with whatever goals he has. I don't like to see people fail when their heart is in the right place.

He's posted on the Rant a few times. IDK, I usually ask when someone's stopped posting in here (ahem.... for joxy, madamsquirrel). I get genuinely interested in the other people here.

He has gone after me a couple of times on other boards. He is a bit of a wanker although I would support him here if he came back.

We all support anyone in this thread. Even LE. I haven't run into any problems with any posters other than LE outside of this thread. Rag and I get into it here and there but I have no problems with him.

Rag and LE both like messing with people. The difference is that Rag is funny

The only thing that irritates me about Rag teasing about my weight is that it wasn't so long ago, he was in this thread too. IIRC he needed to lose weight, but he stopped showing. I doubt he continued his diet, and somehow feels it's appropriate to jump on the "let's make fun of logan's weight" bandwagon. Granted, I open myself up to it by being open and honest on the OT, so I don't take it personally, but it does get under my skin when I know someone who isn't in shape themselves is going to sit there and make fun of my weight.

Oh it's been brutal the past couple days. They've been on me like white on rice, never been that bad before. It is what it is. Like I said I open myself up to it by being open. I don't really care a whole lot. OT helps me kill time at work.

I think it's hilarious they think I sincerely want to get into 4cubbies' pants

Let us know when someone's messing with you Hulk. We fatasses have to stick together.

By the way, I haven't checked in for a while. I broke the 200 barrier then went into maintenance mode for a while. I've been between 199 and 202 for a few weeks. Now, I'm in Destin on a fishing/golf trip with 5 other guys (including a Tennessee fan). I could do much better on the diet if I didn't have so many trips.

I'm going back into serious diet/exercise mode starting Monday.

No loss for three days now. Not discouraged though, went from 245 to 236 in about 10 days after a 2 week standstill. No loss expected for tomorrow, having a family gathering at the house tonight with jambalaya and other carb loaded foods. Planning on making a good cheat tonight!

I seem to be losing pretty fast this week. Don't know how long I can keep this momentum going.

This was gonna be my first no cheating weekend in quite a while with no trips planned and no party for the day game. Well one of The World's Finest Cbocolate salesmen just knocked on the door and messed that all up. Oh well.
