I was joking around with that, but I really couldn't afford personal trainers and dieticians. It's all ME! I am my own personal trainer and dietician

Yep. It's small weights, I'm too poor for big weights
So if I'm sore for a week, I'll likely be retaining a lot of water for that first week right? I hate that I gained so much and it's probably water weight.

I can't stop eating.
Up to 176.2.
All this damn rain has given me too damn many excuses to skip my bike rides.
That finally ended today. I saw a decent window of opportunity so I just got back from a 20 mile ride.

Well,I am eating too much but it is broiled chicken and beans.
Not like I'm loading up at the buffet or hitting Taco Bell.
I think I have my hunger back in check today.
It is the damn beans. They kick me out of induction and ketosis so I end up craving more carbs thus I am always hungry.
I learn this lesson every 4 months when I get bored with my meal plan and add red beans back on the menu.

I cooked too much spaghetti so I ate it twice today.. more carbs than I want to eat in a day. Lesson learned!

Started push-ups and sit-ups now that I have gotten rid of my fat (by running and doing a diet overhaul, all the pounds were in my stomach and neck, looked gross)
I have abs again!!!

Congrats!
I am starting a diet now and I think this is my first time posting in this thread. I'll give my stats as if it was from a few weeks ago because that's when I really started. 208/197.1/175

lost 9 lbs in a week. not bad considering I'm not starving myself or working out. still craving carbs pretty bad. dying for a biscuit as I type this. I might give this induction phase another week or two and then ease into some good carbs. started working out today.

Oh I understand. It's all about height too, I'm not the tallest person in the world.
I can't believe you've almost lost 50 pounds.

It's been a journey that's for sure. A journey that's not yet complete. Believe it or not, I'm also creeping up on 6 months into this endeavor. 5 1/2 months now.. hard to believe.

Do you need the skin surgery? I know it's hard to lose that much, but when you do, you might need certain operations.
HOLY COW congrats to you!!!!!!
