We all are now that you’ve arrived!
What are you up to? Are we getting the band back together in this thread? Or are you still skinny?

Who has the Vyvanse?

Refilled last week! I’m in the Christmas spirit. I’ll share.

Last time I used a scale was to weigh out venison for my pork/fat/lean meat ratio.
I can see my junk without suckin in muh gut when I’m taking a leak. That’s good enough for me.
How bout you? Railed any good buckets of Halo Top lately?

That’s about as much as anyone can hope to accomplish. Total win!
I lost the summer depression 10 lbs I’d gained, putting me pretty much exactly where I was at my lowest. So I can’t complain. I still want to lose another 20. I need y’all. This thread was magical last year. Weight loss with literally no effort. Just halo top & occasional blackouts.

I’m seriously proud of you for maintaining <200. That weight doesn’t count at the end of the day. That’s like a 197. Daaaamn.
And those socks are awesome.

You need drugs. I was pretty freaking miserable the couple months I was sans prescription.
Posted on 12/13/17 at 9:58 pm to Evil Little Thing
How much do these "drugs" cost, and how much effort does it take to get them?
Posted on 12/13/17 at 10:12 pm to Rouge
The effort depends on how lucky you are. My internist sent me to a psych for testing to prove I needed it & sucked at focusing. But I have several friends who were able to talk to their docs & get it with no effort.
Cost is around $300/mo if you don’t have insurance. I pay either $0, $300, or $40 depending on how much of my flex account & FSA I’ve used til the deductible is met. It’s worth every penny.

Off to a blazing start! At least the subsequent fast food diarrhea will generate a little loss on the scale?

I've been doing OK.. I had a plan but like Mike Tyson said, "Everybody's got a plan until they get punched in the mouth"
The plan has fallen through, so the new plan is to just not gain any weight for the next few weeks, and to make it through the rest of the holidays without eating so much I'm miserable. For Thanksgiving I loaded up on protein and fiber in the early morning and then didn't overeat the rest of the day, and it paid off by not gaining weight.. that's the gameplan for the holidays.
Still been hitting the CF workouts 3-4 times/week. I am seeing improvement in the metcons and im finding where my strength is so I can work with percentages instead of guessing.

Hi hulk! Are you still liking CrossFit? Exercise truly needs to be my focus in 2018. I could stand to lose more weight, but I’m not at a terrible spot now. My body will look a lotttt better if I have more muscle. More importantly, I need to get stronger before I develop worse back problems. I’ve been having issues this year with sciatic pain in my hip & back, and it sucks arse. I don’t want it to get worse. Getting stronger & working on flexibility with yoga/stretching is the only thing that seems to help.
Getting old sucks.

you have my info?
Posted on 12/14/17 at 10:10 am to Evil Little Thing
Yep! The workouts are pretty darn tough, but there's a real sense of satisfaction after them. Especially when you look at some of the tough ones and you think "how the hell am I going to do that?" and then you do it..
