I’m glad you got feeling back in your arm. That sounds scary.

I’ve been sick & haven’t done anything in a week. Thankfully, weight has been going in the right direction. I’m nearly back to my low weight & feeling so much better, mentally. Less depressed. I’m looking forward to exercising & playing tennis now that the weather has cooled off.

Today is Tuesday so it means yeah, what I really did not want to see at the facility.

Now that being said, I am going to try to do some resistance stuff with shoulder and create own Cybex and of course ride for 28 to 30 minutes.

Today's WOD was a hero WOD.

5 rounds:
12 deadlift
9 hang clean
6 jerks

My time was 12:31. I was using really light weight but not being efficient.. pushing way hard on the weight than I needed to and was slinging it around a bit, just because I don't really know how strong I am on cleans and jerks. By the last set I got a hang of it and it wasn't so bad.. learning process. Coach says my form is really good, so I've got that going for me,which is nice. Top time in the class was 7:51 I think.

Today's WOD

5x1 85% deadlift - I did 225. Felt good. Probably need to bump that up a bit next time but it'd been a while since I did heavy conventional deadlifts.

5min burpee box jumpover AMRAP. I did burpee box stepovers
10 minute row cooldown

Man, 5 minutes has never moved by so slowly . That was ROUGH. I lost count at 25, but I think I got around 35.

Today is LEG DAY

Yesterday was arm shoulders tri and just a 10 minute ride.

But on the fantastic part was my shoulder want bad even though I did a work out without going to specialist yet.

Weigh in day was not pretty. Paying the price for the big beer share I went to. Tried to remain compliant by making it a really high day and barely eating that day, but still.. Avatar reduced my macros significantly.

Still in the hotel -- missed 2 workouts due to illness but have resumed pretty much where I left off.

Today is deadlift day + whatever else is on the spreadsheet. I haven't looked at it yet to be honest.

Been eating halloween candy, but not completely out of control like in years past...so that's a win. Also met a girl out at the bar the other night and had a first date last night at a haunted house. talk about the best first date location ever. Scared girl needing someone to hide behind while being lead through the path = win
