Its been a while since I have been active in the PuutaDaForkDown thread. Probably April ish of 2013. Around that time my original stats were 255/205/200. I was doing well with keeping the weight to around 210-215 range, a little lower during the 3-4 month training periods of higher mileage for marathons. Well this past November I got lazy and packed some weight on, only ran once or twice a week. Got on the scale about two weeks ago and was at 234. I had the moment of get off you butt and get to work again. I'm jump starting things by going low carb and back to running 5 days a week for now.
Should I start my stat line new or keep the old? Currently I am 225.3. I hope getting back involved in this thread will help me keep focused.

Welcome back! Sounds like you're off to a good start with getting back on track. I'd probably do the updated weight for the stat line.

Today I've had two eggs, a few ounces of some baked ham from Sunday, a chili cheese dog (no bun), unsweetened tea, and 4 miller lite.

So this happened tonight.
Lemon vanilla butter fat bombs for the week.
Figuring out a way to add some healthy fats in the evening when my cals/protein/carbs are mostly met but need more fat.

ETA: I ate one, it's not bad. The butter comes through stronger than a dessert would I think, but for what it is it works.
