Currently eating 100+ grams of protein worth of a smoothie and ground turkey because I fit BWW into my macros for lunch

But I get to have Halo Top for dinner

Already lost a pound this week. Gonna suck when avatar lowers my macros

Congrats on the pound! HT for dinner is sounding pretty darn good. I may go that route. I have no appetite.

You still doing low carb?


Think I have to jump back to keto. My workouts are fricking unreal when I eat carbs, but I've developed a food addiction and the scale is ugly.

Nah I'm just following the guidelines avatar sets me at

64f/200c/229p currently. Low carb just isn't sustainable for me

575 Cals 55 Carbs 4 Fats 71 Protein 310 mg Sodium 54 Sugar

Today and I still am going to ride the bike later and do a arm workout.

I need a better way to cut carbs I think, but I am losing inches but plateaued the weight, so that is good.

Probably just threw away $10. After thinking about it these last two months of carbs has really fricked with me so I think I need to just go back to keto. I haven't been able to stay around my macros for weeks now.

I've been +/- 5% of my macros all week and feel great. I've read it can sometimes take 2-3 weeks for the system to really dial you in. I've already emailed customer support once with a protein question and got a response within a day

Think I'm gonna stick with this 3 months at least

No that is just so far today, no I generally go about 1200-1500 per day.

I am trying to eat more regularly around 1500 but I just can not do it. I feel stuffed after about 1200.

Protein 77 g
Carbs 139 g
Sugar 61 g
Fat 40 g
Cholesterol 351 mg
Sodium 2690 mg

I enjoy figuring out what will fit in my macros the night before each day. It's like solving a puzzle

Gonna give this 3-4 months at least. Consistentsy is the biggest factor. Already got my before pic

I just do not know how to cut carbs but carbs are not always bad, I just usually have croutons as I have cut out a ton of bread in my diet.

I think the stationary bike and elliptical have made my carb intake not as important as I am using the energy there.
