You're doing IF, low carb, low fat, and sugar free?

Yesterday was my first day making myself eat carbs.

Trying to restrict myself to 2000 calories, but went over a little bit yesterday after a major leg workout.

244g protein
173g carbs
69g fat

I think I ate way too close to lifting time. Felt too full and had a headache (never get headaches maybe once or twice a year). Going to try and eat my oats an hour and a half before I go in for chest today.

Started taking some probiotics this morning to help with my digestive issues. Hopefully this helps.

Doing IF mon-friday

I am getting my macros of fat

Staying below 80 carbs most days... but on my heavy lifting days i eat a couple sweet potatos.

Trying not to eat sugar, but i have my moments.

Again all of this is monday - friday. Saturday and sunday i eat whatever i want for the most part.

What i posted above was just for yesterday. Today will be the same plus sweet potatos because it is a heavy lifting day.

kodiak cakes... they are GREAT. Some walmarts have them, some dont... my target has them. They are only like $4 a box.

I order my waldean farms syrup off of jet.com. I like the blueberry and the regular old pancake syrup. But i always put my syrup in a cup and microwave for 45-50 seconds before use. Makes it taste so much better.

Yep, didn't go by the syrup section though. Was hoping they would've placed it by the dressings to keep all the brands together. I'll go look again today.

Going to post this again for those getting the syrup. Microwave in a cup 45-50 seconds. Using it cold out the fridge isnt that great, heating it up makes a huge difference.

I gained weight over the past week, just a pound. But I am thinking that losing the fat and possibly replacing with muscle contributed to that. I do feel though I am looking somewhat trimmer definitely feeling better.

gentlemen, I am picking the fork back up for lunch today.....

To eat my salad w/ light dressing and plenty of chicken and boiled eggs for protein!

Side note.... can we take a second to think about how sick it is to put chicken and eggs on the same plate?
