check their website man. They make tons of shite.. bbq, ketchup, mayo, syrups, jelly. Everything zero calorie, carbs, sugars.

I use thier syrup also. I make kodiak cakes on saturday mornings (you ever tried these?) and use waldean farms syrup. Makes 4 4" pancakes that taste amazing for 190 calories and decent protein.

not trying to sound smarter than anyone... but an ab workout is almost a waste of time. You can work abs all day every day and have abs, but they will be hid under the fat. You need to lose the fat to see abs.

focus on the diet 99% and your cardio the other 1%

Abs truely are made in the kitchen.

i didnt include weight training because you said you wasnt doing that...

Anybody have any low car favorites from any restaurants, particularly in Mand/Cov area. I had the Albuquerque Turkey from Coffee Rani yesterday and was a nice change of pace from eating at home.

Izzos burrito bowl was my cheap and easy go-to during my two second keto stint

You have to be careful with sugar substitutes. If you get too much it triggers increased cortisol levels, which makes you store belly fat and can stall weight loss. Everything in moderation.

My salad mix is usually
1/2 spring 1/2 spinach
Two tomato slices
1 boiled egg
2tbsp mozzarella
2 tbsp cheddar
2tbsp chopped bacon
2tbsp ken's garlic Caesar dressing
And 3oz of protein on the side usually.

Saw a video of this keto body builder making "oatmeal" with miracle rice and 2 of those syrups from waldreans farms.

Pretty interesting to say the least.

Doing some grocery shopping tonight, I'll pick a couple of dressings from there to try out.

How was the fat fast? How many days did you do? Did you weigh in/measure before & after?

3 Days Didn't weigh. I'll weigh in tomorrow and see where I'm at.

It wasn't that terrible, just was really bloated come Wednesday. Hadn't used the bathroom in a while.

Probably will start doing that to start each month though. I'll measure next time.

A few days a month seems like a good way to help maintain weight at goal, too. I like it.

Playing tennis?

Not at all. It sucks.

I kind of have to choose between tennis and lifting as my partner for each want to go at the same time, so I've been opting for the gym instead. I need to figure out a way to get both in. That's when my weight was the lowest. Need that cardio.
