fricked up my foot playing kickball last night. At the Doc now to see how long I'll be out of commission. Was almost done with week 5 if p90x3 and rolling along really well.

Had run through first and couldn't decide if I should keep going or not. Opted for not and as I was working my way back to first base my foot just rolled. I think maybe I'd been hopping? I'm not sure, but when I landed there were lots of pops. Foot is now swollen like an allergic reaction

Really, I have no idea. It probably depends on how much area you're covering. I've started casually pricing out the various procedures I want to fix my body, and realized I need to just suck it up. I'm not a baller. Boo.

Nah I just posted a poor joke on the OT about the OP getting lipo. So it got me wondering about the price tag. I'm not considering it.
