If ABT = brownies, so did I.

I actually feel guilty admitting that here now. I'll say I'm re-feeding. Weight is still down.

lol
I think you're supposed to stop feeding at some point for it to be considered a "re-feed"

Hit Blue Oak last night. Wing'd it up pretty good, but tried some brisket in a combo too.

Worth the sugar/carbs with the Bunny bread:

Yea it's good. I killed some brisket saturday.

Tried doing sprouts at home with the sweet chilay sauce, but it wasn't nearly as good. How do you think they prep them?

Shouldn't be bad. I'm just going to avoid the obvious this week and get use to the transition. Meat, veggies, and cheese.

Moved in to my new apartment over the weekend and spent yesterday watching the Falcons do their thing and putting my new bed together. The thing is ginormous and was delivered to me in boxes with me left to assemble it. Whatever, it got done. Celebrated the big win/moving with a ham and pepperoni pizza that was tasty. Haven't had pizza in probably 6 months.

They're pretty common in the keto community, along with armadillo eggs.

You can make them in the oven too - highly recommend yall give these a try, they're amazing.

Literally one of the best things I've ever cooked on my egg. I seasoned the cream cheese with a rub and added shredded cheese to it. YUGE difference

Yeah. Those look awesome.

Might have to get some of those going with some duck and dove breasts.

What's a good way to up my fats but keep my protein in check? I think that's part of my problem

Not a coffee drinker at all so bulletproof coffee is out. I do like avacodo though and am going to make more of an effort with that

Hmm. Add more butter/oil to the meats you're eating? You can also eat some macadamia nuts. They're mostly fat.

Have you tried the bulletproof coffee? You might be surprised.
