I took one small sip of an Opus Vert yesterday after the SO opened one up. Smelled it like 10 times though like the Jimmy Johns sign.. Free smells

About to throw some chicken in the oven and take my pup for a walk in this beautiful weather to get some cardio in. I can smell the 250s like a shark with blood in the water.

There you go hulk. Get the sub 260 number.

I weighed exactly the same this morning as yesterday. Carbed up this morning again, hopping back on the pain train starting tonight.

Today's Workout Day Menu

Breakfast:

1 Cup of Steel Cut Oats
1 Cup Blueberries
6oz Cottage Cheese
2 Bananas
11 oz Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt

Lunch/Dinner:

1 pound Chicken Breast marinated in teryaki marinade sauce
200g Broccoli
2 cups of white rice with soy sauce

Dessert:

2 cups of Breyer's Natural Vanilla Ice Cream

200g protein, 63g fat, 400 carbs, 2900 calories

Fingers arent broken but i messed up the nerve endings on them so they are still numb, plus huge gashes and wounds that sting. I was able to dead lift about 60% of my normal weight today... grip was tough and blood shot out of my wounds badly and made the gauze/bandage blood red soaked but i sucked it up

Still feeling my way through keto. I think I overly stress about hidden carbs in some things. Haven't weighed. Just trying to be consistent

Someone purposely tripped me yesterday when I was running at full speed

I fell right into a tunnel grate on the street pavement and my fingers got caught in them

Yeah once you guys are done cutting and want to lean bulk the best advice I can give is to not fall into the trap of thinking just because you are bulking now, that you can just eat what you want as long as your macros fit it

I think its best to just stick to the same healthy foods when bulking. At first I was just eating whatever but it wasn't satisfying. Bulking is more fun when you eat cleaner because you feel more full and have a hard time eating it all. When eating crap you do not feel full and are still hungry since the food you ate, while high in calories, is not satisfying.

FYI Edit: Believe it or not vanilla ice cream is a good bulking food, especially the natural versions like Breyer's Natural Vanilla

RFL baws, I have come up with an awesome new recipe..

It's a modification of a cabbage goulash I make.. I usually sautee onions and garlic in olive oil then throw in the cabbage, throw in some tomato paste, and throw in 2 tbsp of butter in the end to thicken things up... but I made it RFL friendly and it's still good.

1 large head of cabbage, chopped
2 cans of rotel
3 pounds of chicken breast
1 medium pack of sliced mushrooms

1 serving is 556g.. 428 cals, 72g protein, 4g fat, 5g carb. And a serving is fricking massive because of all of the cabbage and mushrooms. Makes 5 servings by my calculations

One thing I'm worried about, though.. RFL + cabbage gas
