Well this past week has been an extremely hard week. I was shitting every two seconds until I took like 6 anti diarrhea pills last night. Then the last two days I have fallen asleep at work and no amount of caffeine and ephedra was helping. I have read lyles book on the psmf a few times now and I really believe I need to do the refeed then head to category 1 and do 12 days at a time with 2 day breaks in between. Hoping that gets me below 12% and close to 10% by end of February. This morning I was 190 so lowest I have been since last July/august. Should see the 180s by the next week so this is well deserved.

I got woodford instead of a beer. Now I need to decide if I'm gonna use my free meal or head back home and shovel 2 lbs of chicken down my throat.

Haven't eaten today.

Yesterday Mac and cheese with bacon and steamed chicken. Tonight steak fajitas....
I may want to do keto eventually but not sure I can maintain since I don't do vegetables

Veggies aren't necessary on keto really

I wish I enjoyed running. If I could knock out 2 miles of running a day I would be in much better shape. Instead I opt for walking forever.

Right now we do 2 miles walking on weekdays and 4 on weekend.
If I'm alone I mix up jogging and walking. Today I did 2 miles jogging and 6 walking (4 with S/O)

lsu777, i just broke 2, maybe 3 fingers. What should i do lifting wise the next couple of weeks. wont be able to do barbell lifts.

Haven't hit up Central but I get blue oak two or three times a month. Didn't know I liked BBQ until I started eating here.

I love a good bbq but there really isnt a place in BR and the GF doesn't want bbq when we go out

So finished off the ten rolls and a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch but couldn't do the noodles. Knocked it all out in one sitting couple hours ago, feel like shite now. Pretty convinced carbs other than oatmeal make me feel bad.

Pretty sure carbs in general make me feel bad. I tried starting a bulk in November. Had oatmeal 2 days in a row and I thought I was going to die.

A good bit of bourbon and vodka tonight, but my only meal was blue oak for dinner. I'll probably be pretty light tomorrow.

Well, I had a good gallon of whiskey between my bar and the party.

Food was good. I took out some prime rib, shrimp, some crab dip, and snagged some carrot cake that's still in my fridge. Got a couple more parties to hit up today for Jakesonaplane's birthday, and my nephew. I should keep it pretty clean though.

What'd that jug of sauce run ya?
