Decided tonight is going to be my refeed. Been feeling really tired and seem to be well below 15% now so a cat 1. Gonna do a refeed tonight then eat at maintenance tomorrow with carbs then back at it.

hopefully it won't be that bad.i really need a drink after dropping 6 grand on a new bed this afternoon.

Gonna kill some sushi tonight though. Tons of rolls.

Gonna try to get to 450g carbs or there about.

Yeah. I fell asleep standing up Thursday after getting back into the diet pretty strictly.

I even felt myself dozing off when I was driving a couple of times. Caffeine wasn't helping either.

I'm out of the fog. Feeling mentally alert again. That alone is enough to not fall off again. This next big push is gonna be productive. Last year at this time I was in the 240's/mid to upper 230's.

The starting point now isn't nearly as hard to get motivated from going forward.

Wedding is a week away. Planning to diet hard on RFL til Wednesday, then reintroduce some carbs and fats to prepare my body for the onslaught that is coming I am hoping to get to 259 by Wednesday, but we'll see. Think I'm gonna introduce some cardio to help move things along.
