I lost 30 lbs in 2016, thanks to this thread. My crush on him may be the healthiest relationship I've ever experienced

Tennis is ok. Tonight was my first night out there in 3 weeks or so.

Yeah joined a team! I think we start matches at the end of the month.

Currently prepping some more yard bird for the rest of the week. This diet ain't as terrible as I thought it'd be. I'm pretty satiated. But I'm only getting 2.5 hours of exercise instead of the 4 hours. So I'm going to extend it a few more days.

Yea honestly the diet hasn't been that bad this time. But with the 4 hours I have just been exhausted by late afternoon. I slept through the alarm this morning and then this afternoon my 5 year old came and woke me off the couch at 8 asking why I wasn't working out yet.

Lifting hasn't been bad either, I actually set a pr tonight on db incline using the 90's for the first time on high incline. And honestly once I am up and can start smashing the stimulants, I'm good. It's late afternoon and right when I wake up in the morning.

I got my chicken ready for tomorrow and got some wings in the oven right now as a small treat. Prolly eat 6 a day kinda as a reward. Sauce was just some stuff I through together that will have 9g carbs and 1g fat per 6, so not bad.

Had right at 1050cals and hit all macros today. Walked at lunch then lifted tonight. Slacked tonight but it's because I fell asleep and had to multitask while lifting. I did get a lot of walking in between sets. Benefits of lifting at home.

Hour in morning, hour at lunch and then 2 at home in the afternoon. Very hard with kids and responsibilities though. Nearly impossible from an energy standpoint though do to crazy low cals and no fats on top of no carbs.

Yeah I'm going to take first measurements in the morning. Planning on going through next Thursday instead of doing just 7 days.

So everyone thinking me and lazy are crazy for doing the rapid fatloss diet extreme version, ask yourself when the last time your diet allowed you to take over an inch off your waist in 4 days while gaining strength and maintaining all lean muscle. Because in 4 days I have lost 1.1 inches off my waist, it's not water either because I was already in ketosis before I started this diet.

Just something to think about, btw weight is coming off at a clip of about 0.75 lbs a day. That will slow as I get closer to 15% bf and start dipping below it, but no other diet outside of a true fat fast will or can shed the fat off of you as fast as the extreme rapid fatloss diet.
