Roasted some broccoli + heated up meatballs. Lady was making some spaghetti noodles and a cream sauce, ah I just dumped all the meatballs into the sauce and dumped all that over the broccoli. It was delicious (as odd of a combo as it sounds). Like 15 carbs or so for all of it.

That sounds good. Never done a sauce that like that and spaghetti noodles. Always just do Rao's.

It was some sort of Alfredo sauce that was in the cabinet. I had no intention of having any until she said 3 carbs per 1/4 cup. I skipped the noodles of course, but all in all would definitely eat it again.

Pretty much the same thing I had.
I've been hitting IF hard last couple of weeks. Woke up this morning and wanted eggs and sausage with coffee for some reason.
Might have been the temperature. Gonna be a good weekend. Blue oak tomorrow. La Provence tonight.
