Its a meeting for men's club, I love women, but I like to hang with my podnas and drink beer too.
Ended up doing 4 roast, I could have got by with 3.
I did 3 big cans of pork-n-beans, we served 8oz per person and we had about a half gallon left over.

Leftover pulled pork is never a bad thing.

I'm a pulled pork and cole slaw sandwich kind of guy!
Leftovers make some pulled pork mac n cheese or some good green bean with cut up pulled pork in it.

Pulled pork simmered in some gravy over rice or mashed potatoes or a piece of bread, or an old shoe, anything really.
