Prepping, Baking and Candy Making!

Getting oyster dressing and other stuff ready for baking tomorrow. Getting ready to start baking a rum cake and then making some fudge.
Gotta stay hydrated with a lil 7 Up and whiskey! Oysters and a cocktail!

Wasn’t planning on doing much today, but I’ve got a craving for old school cream cheese mints. So I guess I’m going to the store for cream cheese.....

Got the rum cake made and I'm on the last fudge. Just need to prep a pork loin for the smoker/grill tomorrow morning.

I just cut meat and veg for an hour and a half for a jambalaya tomorrow. Fridge has 7 gallons of mise en place in it. 
Brief break, gonna wash hands a good 10x, and then on to desert making for tomorrow.
I don't even know what I'm making yet.
I want cookies.
