Small menu..
Smoked bird...finishing it off in the oven.
Oyster dressing
Praline topped sweet potatoes.. Messed up and got Almond extract instead of Vanilla. I used the Almond and it is very good. Made a huge amount.
Mac and cheese..spiced it up with red pepper flakes and some hot sausage.
Peas.
Apple Pie.

Same here. I invited 25 people over and 23 of them showed up with 2 having to head out of town. I didn't get done cleaning up until well after half-time during the Saints game last night and I just melted into the sofa when finally done.

Both the wife and I have been pretty worn out today.
