Abita just doesn't produce good beers in my opinion. I haven't tried NOLA (haven't found it available anywhere in Oregon), but I have heard good things.

They are still really small. But, they blow Abita out of the water. It isn't even close.

Nola Brown

not as far behind as it was, Perfect Tin. If you haven't tried it in the last month or so give it another shot.

Nola has definitely moved up on my list. I've heard from several people that Tin Roof is finally coming around. Any truth to that?

LOLWUT. Nola kicks Abita in the nuts.

Nola Brown or Blonde is the correct answer. Even their Hopitoulas is really good.

I love how you state your opinion as fact

Covington, Heiner,

granted, mostly the same brewery, but they also do the beers for Zea and the pale ale isn't bad at all.

Yep, I'm digging their Voodoo Bengal Pale Ale. It is kinda similar to Sierra Nevada.
