ive heard its better than beef tongue. anyone ever cook it?

I've eaten beef and deer tongue but never pig. If both of those taste good, I wouldn't pass on any tongue. Tongue is tongue.

You heard a lie. I love beef tongue & the one & only time I had pork tongue, it was horrible/inedible

I've seen coworkers frequently eating tongue po-boy's in the lunch room and obviously enjoying it. I've seen it made at a sandwich shop. The tongue meat was jelled and reminded me of a hog head cheese. One day I'll try a tongue po-boy.

We tried it at a Yakuniku joint in Japan and it was my favorite meat on the menu. Super tender and flavorful. I like beef tongue, too, but I definitely enjoy pork tongue more.

Never tried either, but when I killed a moose in Alaska the guides were ready to fight over the tongue

We always make a gravy with it & eat it over rice. I’ve had tongue tacos at Mexican restaurants & thinly sliced tongue sandwiches at NYC delis. All beef tongue except for deer tongue in a gravy also

No, but I ate spicy pig tongue at Omi and it was very good.
