Don't know about BR, but there are none advertised in the N.O. area at that price.
My wife and I ran into a sale at Breaux Mart in Metairie last week that had them for $.99 a lb. and we got the last double pack they had in the meat case.
I do notice they don't go on sale near as often as they once did.

Yep. That's the price that Albertsons and Rouses sells them for when they go on sale. I've been monitoring it myself. They haven't had pork butts or briskets on sale for a little while now
