Pork Burgers w/ pics

Made some sliders last night with groud pork and dressed with spicy guacamole, tomato, bacon
Cooked them in a hot cast iron skillet. Good balance of cold guacamole with the hot pork and toasty bun. Not to mention the bacon was a nice touch.

Yeah, you need to cook that shite. Flaccid bacon is a non-starter. Otherwise IWEI with a quickness.

I've never tried to eat a burger with raw bacon but, nope......I probably never will.

Pork looks greyish pinkish and the bacon is flaccid. I usually put a char on my dead animal flesh.
