Currently in New Orleans and headed back to North Louisiana this afternoon. Would like to stop at a grocery store or butcher and get some beef plate ribs or pork belly to cook this weekend. Both are difficult for me to find where I live.

Rouse's in Denham Springs typically has pork belly. Not sure about their other locations.

Fresh Market usually has Beef Rib plate, just ask the butcher…

Costco for pork belly. Alexander’s will have plate ribs but you have to ask, and be careful they aren’t chuck ribs.

I’ve seen plate ribs at Rouses sometimes. Pork belly definitely at Costco
