But I will offer a bit of trivia for the OT fatties: refried beans are the biggest vector for food poisoning in the nation as far as restaurant fare goes.

And it really isn't that good. I like a good buffet but I was one and done with Panchos.
That line is small compared to the one in Metairie when it first opened and the one in Metairie had that line for months.
Although it does seem like it has finally slowed down a bit.
