I wasn't being a dick I saw BEURRE and A STICK OF BUTTER I've only heard Bosc pears called Bosc pears and not beurre Bosc sorry for the confusion Francis

I can see that confusion with the "buerre" in the name. I knew that was some type of bosc pear so that didn't throw me. I'd heard of that before. I just couldn't figure out why anyone was talking about butter until I reduced my favorites list and the butter appeared on the right.
