I have alot of family/friends coming into town (approximately 10-15) for this occasion and most of them are from the southwest and are wanting to try some real good seafood. Where would be a good place do you think?

Juban's?
LA Lagniappe?
Parrain's?

Any other ideas?

Congratulations on earning your commission! Who will pin you? Where are you headed?

A family friend is going to read my oath and my dad is going to pin me. I am going to be heading to Fort Rucker for flight school.

For seafood, LA Lagniappe. You could also try Roberto's River Road Restaurant in St. Gabriel.

Awesome. I should've figured Rucker based on your user name.

Enjoy the festivities and good luck!

Congratulations on your commissioning. It's a great day; take lots of pictures.

I have several "helicopter driver" friends that traind at Rucker. They say it's a pretty good place to spend several months. Being a Combat Engineer, my schools were at Ft Leonard Wood, MO. which was a miserable place to spend time.

Again, congratulations,
