Mamacita's if it's open. Being from Kerrville that's pretty much it.
Maybe Mary's tacos. Can destroy their breakfast tacos.

Inn of the Hills
My wife's parents live in nearby Boerne, TX. Inn of the Hills is probably their favorite place to eat. Their buffet is usually pretty good, though the selections are limited.

Trail Boss Steak and grill in Bandera is really good. I have eaten there several times. Then you can go right next door to 11th Street Cowboy Bar. They usually have live music. About 30 miles, but in Texas that is nothing.

Too late for you tonight, but we enjoy the Cafe at the Rails.
And do get Mary’s tacos in the morning.

Drive out 16 towards Fredericksburg and eat the the Ridge. Its great and a great patio. Unique place. In town Pint and Plow was my favorite place to eat. Im sober but they have their own microbrews and occasional acoustic live music. I have seen Robert Earl Keen and Thomas Haden Church in there regularly.

there is also a place in Comfort called Comfort Pizza that is awesome. Kerrville is dead by 9 every night sadly. Some other good ideas in this thread too.
