Seems like a cool small place right on the beach, but I've never been.

I've only stopped in for a beer on the patio/deck outside, which is right on the beach and nice.
The place has been there forever (since '56 according to their site), so it must be doing something right. I've been seeing good crowds there since the 80s.

This was about 5-6 years ago but went there when we stayed in those Phoenix Hotels once. Had a great time. Think we split a boiled seafood platter and some apps.

The food isn't anything special. Their nachos will feed a group of 4-5 though if you want to go chill and drink a few beers. Karaoke at night is actually pretty fun if you're in that kind of mood, it can get a little sloppy.

Went there every year when I was down there for trips. Best smoked tuna dip around. Cold beer. Nice deck on the beach. The food isn't that great (outside of the tuna dip), but the prices aren't bad at all.
Definitely worth wet lunches or casual dinners.

That's another good point, service isn't exactly top-notch. But if know what to expect and you're there for lunch taking a break from the beach, enjoying some drinks, you won't mind too much.

the used to have a webcam that you could look at to see if there was any talent over there

It's not worth a special trip, but not horrible if you're staying in the area. Their burger used to be really solid, but last time I was there a couple of years ago it wasn't nearly as good as I remembered.
