Seriously ----ask for the "moist Bubola" when you go.

I love the place. The veal parm and lasagna are probably their biggest sellers. I have never had anything subpar there.

PS: it is dirty inside

Worst service I have ever expeienced in my life. I wouldn't piss on that place if it was on fire.

Don't go inside until the sun begins to set. If you see the inside during daylight you will NEVER eat within 50 miles of the place. That being said, some of the best traditional italian dishes for the price in BTR.

Do not avoid a restaurant because it is dirty if it has great food.

It's a traditional European restaurant...dark and small. Really cool date place...Expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour for your meal. Anything with the red sauce is fantastic, especially the lasagna...just don't be in a rush when you go!

Let me guess, you had the middle aged woman with black hair? I had her the first time I ate there and it was terrible service. The past like ten or so times I've gone I've gotten one of the younger waiters who are personable and very good. But on Monday I had the older woman again, and sure enough shitty, SLOW service.

Sounds like Rocky & Carlo's in Chalmette, until Katrina cleaned it up.

My thoughts? You're 25 years too late. This once was a great place to me. Now it just plain sucks.

I think they have the best red sauce in town, don't know what they put in it but it is different, yet very good.
