Always enjoy it at Nap House, never made it myself. Having friends over tomorrow and want to serve it. I was surprised that the recipe is only Pimms and gingerale or Sprite, plus cucumber /lime, etc. Anyone have a better one?

Arse could have helped, but he is gone.

Come Back Arse. Let me know who upset you and I'll have them whacked. This is the Landmass, we have experts and can contract for that kind of specialty work here.

Whole Foods has this store brand sparkling lemon soda. I use equal parts that and Pimms. Add a squeeze of lime and a cucumber slice.

I like the suggestion above to add a shot of Hendricks. Gotta try that one.

Spotted Pig Pimms Cup

Ingredients

• 2 large mint leaves
• 2 slices cucumber
• Ice
• 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
• 3/4 ounce Cointreau
• 2 ounces Pimm's No. 1
• Ginger ale

Procedures

Put mint leaves, cucumber, and ice in a highball glass. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add lime juice, Cointreau, and Pimm's. Shake and strain into glass. Top with ginger ale or ginger beer. Reed's, Goslings, Barritts or Fever Tree work well for ginger beer.

Also, the version with Hendricks gin added is great too.

Cheers!

Glass full of ice
Half full of lemonade
Splash or 2 of Pimm's
Splash or 3 of Vodka
Top off with sprite (diet 7-Up is my personal favorite)
Garnish with cucumber spear

Perfect refreshing drink for the summer. If you want to kick it up a notch, pick up a gallon of Chik-Fil-A Lemonade. Incredible!
