I hate when people cook scrambled eggs and they're so overcooked they've turned into little pellets. a proper scrambled egg should look like this

What the hell is that brown on the lower right? Those are way overcooked.

Salt and pepper the eggs after they are cooked. Per Alton Brown. I've been doing this since I watched an old show that he did on eggs.

Those eggs were NOT cooked in bacon grease...

Eggs and a dash of milk, beaten. Too much milk is where I flubbed for a long time.
Also, I have learned to S&P when the eggs are almost done, instead of while whisking. Don't care what you say, makes a difference to me. The right amount of salt is key to great tasting eggs.
Non stick skillet and butter are ideal, though I don't mind cooking spray.
Let the eggs cook; don't over-scramble.

The videos are such that you can almost taste the eggs. I like what he did with the croisants.
I had a poached egg, tomato and peppered bacon sandwich last night. Should have scrambled the egg.

Too much white. There should be zero.
My husband's pet peeve. I have learned to whisk the white right out of them.
However, he still prefers to scramble his own damn eggs.

There are moments when I spend too much time watching chef ramsay cook.
Sounds good either way.

A little smoked paprika and some fresh chives always perks up scrambled eggs.

You'll never get far in life taking short cuts. Are you butchering your own meat yet?

Has anyone said to beat the egg with a spoon yet? I started using that method as well as Med heat at the highest and got excellent results..
And I never add water, milk or anything else. That just separates

Cook bacon first. Leave a bit of bacon grease in the skillet. Do not put in a bowl and wisk, simply crack the eggs and pour them in (be quick) stir them and they are ready in less than a minute. Add salt and pepper.
Only way to cook them

Anyone know how long leftover scrambled eggs would keep in a fridge?
