Fishermans Corner under the high rise bridge. Sunset Grill @ Holiday Harbor Marina. If you get in the mood for Greek food Georgeio's on Sorento Rd. is good also (a food truck)

^^^^This. It's been several years since I've been on a beach vacation but last time I went it was very good. I dare say it might be the best restaurant convenient to the panhandle beach towns. Again, I haven't been in some time but that is how I remember it...

Axle, thanks for putting a coda on this thread from your original post. This board is a treasure of knowledge and helpful suggestions, and I'm always curious about the final choice and experience of the OP.
F&D Board, what say y'all? Should we start demanding that help-requesters report back as a price for our advice?
Even if it's just "my kids wanted Happy Meals so I punted..."

We went to Big Fish when I was in OB last week. My family and I really enjoyed it. What is yalls opinion of that place?

Went there a few weeks ago when we were at OB. Got there around 6 and had to wait about 30 mins. Waiting wasn't bad at all. They had live music, waiters taking drink orders, and watching the boats made the time fly.

Make a trip to Joe Pattis seafood market, grab some fresh seafood and cook one night. Amazing selection of all kinds of goodies
