Looking for some good New Orleans style oyster dressing for this Thanksgiving.

THIS is a good one from John Besh that I have made before. It was kinda greasy so I would cut the butter in half.

Man that recipe calls for a gallon shucked! Obviously you can do it smaller but I first saw a gallon and was like holy hell I’d be shucking for days!

Wow! Thanks for posting. That is very similar to the oyster dressing my mom used to make (minus the eggs, and sausage). I think I will try it this year.
