Outdoor Kitchen questions

OK. I am nearly set on my outdoor kitchen equipment, but i have two questions. I am sure i know the answer to one, but i want to see what the cooking masses think:
1) Should i get a 60K BTU power burner or a double burner with two 12K BTU burners. Power burner can be turned pretty low to easy cooking, but there is only one.
2) 4.5 cu ft refrigerator or 5.2 cu ft. Smaller one is not UL outdoor rated, but does have 304 grade steel door for outside use. The larger one is UL outdoor rated, but is $500 more.

Not sure what much of that means. But I am in the process as well. I have a 4.5 fridge I think. I bought it off someone so I'm not sure. Just installed 24" gas cooktop. For my needs, it should do the trick.

Get the one bigger burner. I have two and rarely use both. If you need a second you just use the house stove.

Definitely go with one bigger burner. Power burner for wok cooking and other high heat / high smoke cooking.

Will you be using it to store food or just drinks? If drinks only, get the non-outdoor rated. Save your money, you'll probably go through the drinks too quick for them to stay cold anyway.

We installed a vent hood in our outdoor kitchen. It prevents smoke filling the patio and staining above/around the roof and walls.

I thought about this question a good bit, and i am leaning towards the larger for the food prep reason. Why be inside doing prep when i can be outside doing the same thing, or have food prep'd early and in the refrigerator so i can spend more time outside, which kind of is the purpose.
