re: Opinion of Arby's.

The one in Metairie needs some remodeling in a bad way. I remember when I was a kid we would go there on a Sunday night and get the 5 for $5 deal but that was in the 90's.

They were the last fast food place that I can remember using a microphone to call the order back to the kitchen.

I watched recently a video about meat glue. This dude took a brisket and fashioned a ribeye steak out of it using this meat glue. It looked pretty realistic but had to be cooked via sous vide to make it have the texture of a ribeye.

I think this is what Arby's is doing to roast beef.

I like their sandwiches slathered in horsey sauce fwiw. The sandwiches with cheese are gross.

Haven't had anything from there in years but I remember their roast beef sandwich being pretty darn good. But you have to have that bbq sauce on it.



Curly fries are good too.
