Is keeping the beer too cold, as in 35-45 degrees detrimental to flavor?
At that temp i don't think so. I quoted that article for the hot side effects, as they are more commonly known. But at 35-45, that is a perfectly fine level for temperatures.

It happened the first time I had art car and I thought people were crazy for liking it. I've had it since and it's been fine.
Me too. I didn't like it before, but the one I had yesterday was dated 4/28 and was very tasty. Better than tap at Stros game.
The last YR I had was so oniony, I'm scared to try it again.

I debated my beer fridge temp with myself for a while but I decided on 40 degrees. It will make my IPAs last longer and even though I'm storing my KBS in there, the temp won't hurt them. It will just stunt the aging process.

That was another one for me too. That was when I knew it had to either be my taste buds or some issue with that bottle, because I know that beer is good.
