Onion Rings

I limit the fried foods now days. Experimented, after supper, with some baked onion rings. Seasoned flour, a milk & egg wash and some bread crumbs, 425* oven for ten minutes, hit liberally with spray oil before cooking, flipped and another five minutes on the other side. They were okay, not real impressed but the onion was properly done. Anyone have a good baked ring recipe?

They were done in my Breville convection toaster oven. Just think the method needs help.

Maybe add a little cornstarch to the flour to help with crispness.

Try adding a little panko crumbs to the other bread crumbs.
