City Grocery or Mcewen's for fine dining

Ajax for good soul food ( its a diner - service is fairly quick but everything is great)

Boure is solid

Track 61 for Italian- best in town to me.. there are others but not that good

Snackbar- great cocktails and great food

St leo- very high rated restaurant- Pizza and Pasta and several good dishes. it's the hot new place in oxford

Kings Steakhouse- best steakhouse in town to me. solid weekly specials too.

Ajax diner. I'd say "Big Bad breakfast" but they close at 1:30.

I really need to go back and try this and McEwen's. Kids these days don't realize how good they have it.

Cold beer on Sundays and a bunch of new restaurants. frickers.

I like the ambiance of the place... their lasagna is solid

the decor is something you'd see in Brooklyn... It is very different to me than any other restaurant in town with chill music playing overhead.

Any place open on the Square.

Make sure you tell the maitre’d that you’re an LSU fan and that they should rename the Egg Bowl to “The Cripples’ Bowl”.

He’s closer to Arkansas, Tennessee, or Alabama if he’s in Oxfart.

Lake Providence is 189 miles by road from Oxford.

McEwen's

I went there months afer they first opened up and don't plan on going back. Maybe they just had to work the kinks out but the other options available are superior.

OP - I wouldn't waste my money on McEwen's

It's really not that good. I don't think I've had a very good meal at the one in Oxford
