There is a Prairie tap room. My favorite place is probably Oak & Ore which is a brew pub with a lot of other stuff on tap. Tap Works is decent too.

Anthem, Twisted Spike, COOP Ale Works, Elk Valley, Battered Boar and Roughtail are a few that I know of.

Great suggestions. I like the paninis at Tap Werks and I usually stay across the street at the Hampton to stumble back after.
