Prairie could be worth a look. Never been there but I like their beers.

The Paseo Arts District is a cool neighborhood of old art deco buildings that has several good restaurants. I've only eaten at Rooster which is a good gastropub and Sauced Pizza which looks like its closed. There are a few other places that look good too.

Good brewery. Just nowhere near as good as Austin Beerworks.

One of the strangest meals I ever have had was in OKC at a place called Jamil's, a Lebanese steak house. Meal came with starter courses of cabbage rolls, hummus, fried smoked bologna, and tabouli.

Ended up going to scratch here a couple different times—once for dinner and the second for cocktails.

Had pizza at Empire after drinks at Oak and Ore in the plaza district which was great.

Also ate at republic gastropub and osteria (both in Nichols hills)

As far as beer I was really impressed.

Fare weather friend had the best. SoTrop may be the best IPA I’ve ever had. Also had great sours (including a chai sour) and a peanut butter/cacao/marshmallow imperial stout (cowboy siesta).

Stonecloud was also outstanding . Prairie OKC also outstanding. Lively beer works was above average. Bricktown brewery is a hard pass.

The Patriarch and the Mule (both in Edmond) had great selections.

ETA: Forgot we headed down to Norman yesterday and had a great brunch at neighborhood jam. The heap with pulled pork
