Hands down best one I've ever used. I have 24"x36" Offset with upgraded firebox.

If ever get a big stickburner, I would definitely go for something from Shirley Fabrication out of Tuscaloosa. They are probably the finest crafted smoker you can purchase and it is easy to go pick up from Louisiana. The only issue with them is there will be a wait due to demand.

I have an Oklahoma Joe also, built an open top box from expanded metal to fit into the offset firebox. Can cook two briskets with ease. Add an 18 lb bag of charcoal unlit to it and about 10 lit coals to one corner. Adjust vents, and add chunks of hickory or mesquite / pecan every few hours, and will burn at constant temp for 16 hours easy.

I have a Chargriller with a side box. You have to make a few cheap modifications, but it does the job.
